Day 1: Podcast Foundations “ Build Your Podcast Concept”
Participants will explore the podcast landscape, discover their unique voice, and develop a podcast concept through expert guidance, practical workshops, and conversations with some of the region’s leading podcast creators
Day 2: Creating Great Podcast Content
Creators will learn the art of storytelling, interviewing, and hosting while gaining hands on experience recording their very first podcast conversations.
Day 3: Production & Growth
Participants will learn professional production techniques, master Spotify creator tools, and discover strategies to grow a podcast audience from the first episode onward.
Day 4: Monetization & The Future
The academy concludes by helping creators understand podcast growth, monetization, and the future of the industry before showcasing their ideas in a final pitch and graduation celebration.
